Effective September 28, 2026. These terms cover the PlugShip Preflight software, Early Access subscriptions, and optional fixed-scope audit services.
The PlugShip Preflight software is provided under the MIT License in the public repository. The MIT License controls your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software.
PlugShip is a preflight aid. A passing local scan or audit does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, security acceptance, or continued availability in any third-party directory.
PlugShip Pro and PlugShip Studio are monthly Early Access subscriptions. They renew automatically each month until canceled. The free local PlugShip software remains available under the MIT License whether or not a subscription is active.
Early Access benefits may evolve as hosted, batch, private-repository, and team features are developed. A subscription does not promise a specific future feature or release date. Customers can manage payment details and cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
Paid audits are fixed-scope technical reviews described at the time of purchase. Customers must have the right to provide the repository or materials being reviewed. Unless separately agreed, the service does not include legal advice, identity verification, payment-provider setup, private credentials, or unsupported rewrites.
Do not provide secrets, private keys, access tokens, regulated personal data, or materials you do not have permission to share. Customers remain responsible for final submission decisions and third-party platform attestations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and audit outputs are provided without warranties beyond the specific fixed scope agreed for a paid audit.
